How Do I Purchase and Manage Credits?

At the moment, credits on CopyCopter can only be obtained through subscribing to one of our plans. Each plan offers a specific number of credits per month, which are essential for generating videos, adding motion, and creating AI-generated images. Here's how you can manage the credits included in your subscription:

1. Understand How Credits Work (PAYG System)

• CopyCopter no longer uses subscription plans. Instead, we operate on a Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) system.
• All features are available to every user — no monthly fees or tiers.
• You can purchase the exact amount of credits you need directly from the Billing page, in batches that fit your usage.
• Credits are used for everything, including generating AI images, adding motion to videos, and regenerating voice scripts.

2. Monitor Your Credit Usage

• Use the new Credit History page to view your total balance and all transactions.
• You can see exactly when credits were deducted (e.g., for generating a video or motion) and when you purchased more credits.
• Need to check older activity? Use the month filter to review your history from previous months.
• The dashboard now includes a live, interactive credit counter — each time you use credits, the balance updates instantly so you can clearly track your usage.

3. Using Credits Efficiently

• Plan your projects according to your available credits. Since CopyCopter now uses a Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) system, there are no monthly plans — you simply purchase the credits you need. Check your current balance on the dashboard or Credit History page, and top up whenever you need more to keep your projects moving.
• Each action that requires credits, such as generating a new image or adding motion, will deduct the corresponding amount from your balance. Be mindful of this as you work on your videos.

4. Replenishing Credits

• You can now purchase credits anytime you need them. Since CopyCopter operates on a Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) system, there’s no need to wait for a billing cycle — simply top up credits from the Billing page whenever your balance runs low.
• No expiration: Credits never expire as long as your account remains active, so you can stock up without worrying about losing unused credits.
