Affiliate Program Terms of Service

Welcome to the CopyCopter AI Affiliate Program! These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") govern your participation in our affiliate program (the "Program") and establish the terms and conditions of the Program. By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Enrollment in the Program

To enroll in the Program, you must complete and submit the online application. We will evaluate your application and notify you of its acceptance or rejection. We reserve the right to reject any application at our sole discretion.

Once approved, you will receive a unique affiliate link to track referrals to our site. You are permitted to use this link on your website, social media, email campaigns, and other promotional activities.

2. Commission and Payment

Commission Structure:

You will earn a 30% commission on the price paid by customers who sign up using your affiliate link.
For subscriptions, this commission is continuous until the customer cancels their subscription.
For one-time purchases, the commission is based on the one-time price.

Payment Terms:

Referral cookies are active for 30 days.
Commissions are added to your account after the referred customer has been active for 30 days without requesting a refund.
Payments are made monthly on the 15th for the previous month's commissions.
The minimum payout threshold is $25.
Payments are made via Wise or PayPal in USD unless otherwise agreed.

3. Prohibited Activities

The following is a list of things that are not allowed under the affiliate program:

Self-referrals: You are not allowed to sign up for CopyCopter AI through your own affiliate link. Self-referrals will result in a permanent ban and forfeiture of any earned commission.
Misleading Promotions: Any attempt to mislead, manipulate, or defraud us or potential customers will result in a permanent ban. This includes posting fake discounts or misleading information.
Competitive Advertising: Running search engine ads, social media ads, or other ads that compete with our own marketing efforts is prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate accounts engaging in such activities.
Impersonation: You must not impersonate CopyCopter AI or pretend to act on our behalf. Misrepresentation as an employee or representative is strictly prohibited.
Misleading Content: Do not use affiliate links in misleading or dishonest content about CopyCopter AI or its competitors.
Spam: Use of affiliate links in spam (emails, SMS, calls, unsolicited direct messages) is prohibited.
Illegal Activities: Affiliate links must not be used in any illegal activities.
Advertising: Running ads with affiliate links on search engines or social media platforms is not allowed without prior permission.
Self-Referral: Signing up using your own affiliate link is prohibited.
Representation: You must not act on behalf of or pretend to be part of CopyCopter AI.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.).
Spamming.
Advertising on sites promoting illegal activities.
Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship as required by law.
Violation of intellectual property rights.
Offering unauthorized rebates or incentives.
Self-referrals or fraudulent transactions.

5. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on our website. It is your responsibility to review these changes and comply with the updated terms.

6. Liability

CopyCopter AI is not liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to tracking failures, database issues, or any results of intents of harm to the Program and/or our website(s). We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the Program and/or the memberships or products sold by CopyCopter AI.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and the United States. Any disputes arising under or related in any way to this Agreement shall be adjudicated exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of California.

8. Acceptance of Terms
